Payment information: Transaction details in MYR (RM) including payment methods used (FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, online banking), deposit and withdrawal amounts, and transaction history. th14 does not store credit or debit card information directly — all payments are processed through approved payment providers.
Device & browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device used, and general geographic location. This information is used for security purposes and to optimise your user experience.
Usage data: Betting history, games played, session duration, login frequency, and in-platform interactions.
How We Use Your Information
Th14 uses the information collected for the following legitimate and necessary purposes in operating the platform:
- Account management: Creating, verifying, and securely maintaining your user account.
