Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the th14 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by th14. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To register and use th14's services, you must:

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that all betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility. th14 does not provide financial advice or guarantee winnings under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the th14 platform — including logos, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of th14 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

Th14 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to verify the user's identity; or at the user's own request. Upon account closure, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the applicable requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The th14 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. th14 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. th14 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
